I wanted her mind to view the chemo as a healing medicine. I believe the mind is a powerful tool, how you think and feel about something can have a positive or negative effect on your mind and body. I wanted her body to have the best possible chance of accepting treatments.

From teaching myself yoga as a teen to becoming a certified yoga teacher, I discovered the power of meditation to calm the mind and restore balance. In 2024, when my Mum faced a return of breast cancer, I wanted to help her feel calmer and more positive during chemotherapy. Out of love, I created a guided visualisation meditation for her - and it helped her relax, embrace her treatment and find peace in the process.
Now, I share this meditation with you, born from a personal journey of care, compassion and hope to support anyone navigating treatment or challenging health experiences.
