  • This website and its content are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, copying content without permission or interfering with its normal operation.

  • All text, images and digital resources on this site are protected by copyright and remain the property of Your Life Consultancy.

Sales and Delivery of Digital Products

  • All products available for purchase are digital downloads only. No physical products will be shipped.

  • After purchase, you will receive an email with a secure download link.

  • The download link will remain active for 24 hours from the time of purchase. Please ensure you download and save your product within this period.

  • Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software or digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

  • If you experience issues accessing your download, please contact us at helen@yourlifeconsultancy.com.au.

  • All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

Refunds

  • Your Life Consultancy processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

  • Once you have been given access to the goods, no refunds will be given unless required by law.

  • Where required by law, refunds will be processed promptly, and payment made by the same method used for purchase.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

  • All refunds are made at the discretion of Your Life Consultancy.

Payment Information

  • Payments are processed securely through Squarespace’s checkout system using third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit cards).

  • Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • Your Life Consultancy is not registered for GST. All prices shown are final and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards purchased through this website are redeemable for eligible digital products available on Your Life Consultancy.

  • Gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • They are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

  • Any remaining balance will stay on the card until the expiry date. After expiry, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.

  • To redeem a gift card, the recipient must enter the gift card code at checkout when purchasing a product through our website.

Intellectual Property

  • All digital products, including guides, workbooks and resources, are the intellectual property of Your Life Consultancy.

  • Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

  • You may not copy, share, resell, distribute or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Permitted Use and Restrictions
You may use purchased digital content for your own personal growth and development. You may not:

  • Reproduce or redistribute the content.

  • Sell, license or make the content available to others.

  • Modify, edit or create derivative works without permission.

Disclosure of Your Information
Your Life Consultancy may be required, in certain circumstances, to disclose information in good faith and where required to do so in the following circumstances:

  • By law or by any court;

  • To enforce the terms of any of our customer agreements; or

  • To protect the rights, property or safety of our customers or third parties.
