These guided visualisation meditations were created from personal experience supporting loved ones through challenging times.
The first meditation was written for my Mum while she was going through chemotherapy and feeling anxious about her treatment. I wanted to help her mind view the chemo as a healing medicine rather than something to fear.
I believe the mind is a powerful tool. The way we think and feel about our experiences can influence how our body and emotions respond. These meditations are designed to gently guide your mind toward calm, positivity and a more supportive mindset.
Our meditation library is small right now, but it will continue to grow as new guided meditations are created to support different life experiences and emotional needs.
About Me
Hi, I’m Helen, Sharing Meditation from the Heart to Support Your Mind and Emotions
From teaching myself yoga as a teen to becoming a certified yoga teacher, I discovered the power of meditation to calm the mind and restore balance. In 2024, when my Mum faced a return of breast cancer, I wanted to help her feel calmer and more positive during chemotherapy. Out of love, I created a guided visualisation meditation for her, and it helped her relax, embrace her treatment and find peace in the process.
Now, I share this meditation along with other guided meditations I create from personal experience, care and compassion. Each meditation is designed to support anyone navigating challenging health experiences, emotional stress or simply seeking calm and balance in everyday life.

About Helen
With 25 years’ experience in mental health nursing, including supporting families at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, I’ve seen firsthand how children respond to fear, illness and uncertainty. Even small moments of calm and guided reassurance can make a huge difference. Clover’s Journey was created from this experience, bringing gentle guidance, emotional support and inner strength into homes.

How To Use
Best used on the day of treatment and daily for the following six days.
Create a peaceful space that feels calm and nurturing - somewhere you can fully let go. Dim the lights, silence distractions and allow the atmosphere to hold you in stillness. You might like to light a candle, use soft lighting or sit near nature to deepen your sense of connection.
Use headphones if possible, close your eyes and breathe deeply. Let each inhale draw in light and calm and each exhale release what no longer serves you. Allow yourself to simply receive - present, open and at ease.
