How To Use

Best used on the day of treatment and daily for the following six days.
Create a peaceful space that feels calm and nurturing - somewhere you can fully let go. Dim the lights, silence distractions and allow the atmosphere to hold you in stillness. You might like to light a candle, use soft lighting or sit near nature to deepen your sense of connection.

Use headphones if possible, close your eyes and breathe deeply. Let each inhale draw in light and calm and each exhale release what no longer serves you. Allow yourself to simply receive - present, open and at ease.
